AHA BASIC LIFE SUPPORT
The AHA BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.
Class covers the following:
- High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
- The AHA Chain of Survival, specifically the BLS components
- Important early use of an AED
- Effective ventilations using a barrier device
- Importance of teams in multi rescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member during multi rescuer CPR
- Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants
AHA BLS W/ PROTRAININGS FIRST AID
The AHA BLS Course with ProTrainings First Aid satisfies all requirements for both BLS and First Aid that must be completed in class.
Class covers the following:
- High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
- The AHA Chain of Survival, specifically the BLS components
- Important early use of an AED
- Effective ventilations using a barrier device
- Importance of teams in multi rescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member during multi rescuer CPR
- Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants
- Burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck and back injuries, heat and cold emergencies, applying a tourniquet and administering naloxon
AHA CPR AND FIRST AID
Our AHA CPR and First Aid class teaches the fundamental principals of CPR and basic First Aid. In real-life events, you never know who is going to need your CPR or First Aid skills. That’s why we offer CPR, AED, and first aid training that pertains to adult, child, and infant victims – all in one efficient course!
Class covers the following:
- High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infant
- Important early use of an AED
- Effective ventilations using a barrier device
- Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants
- Burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck and back injuries, heat and cold emergencies, applying a tourniquet and admin1istering naloxone
PROTRAININGS FIRST AID
ProTrainings First Aid is an in-class First Aid class that includes the best of AHA, ARC, and AHSI First Aid classes.
Class covers the following:
- First aid basics
- Medical emergencies
- Injury emergencies
- Environmental emergencies
- Preventing illness and injury
K-12 CPR AND FIRST AID
Our K-12 CPR and First Aid class is specifically offered to teachers and K-12 staff that are ready to add another layer of heroism to their portfolio. In addition to Adult, Child, and Infant CPR & First Aid, this course also covers essential skills to build teamwork amongst staff during an emergency situation that may require CPR or First Aid.

ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT CPR + FIRST AID
Our Active Engagement CPR plus First Aid class not only instructs students in CPR and First Aid but also equips them to respond effectively in emergencies. It is structured to empower first responders who may arrive before medical professionals, enabling them to act confidently, lead untrained individuals, and manage post-emergency stress. These skills are essential for volunteers who serve as primary responders, ultimately saving lives.
