    When submitting this Off-Site Group Booking Request, please understand that scheduling is based on staff availability. All requests will be processed but are not guaranteed approval. Please allow time for our office staff to contact you.

    FFL Transfer Request

    Please read the Terms of Use before filling all fields below.
    FFL Transfer Request Terms of Use:

    • Standard Dealer-to-Dealer transfer: $15 CASH per serial number
    • Standard Private Party-to-Dealer transfer: $30 Cash per serial number
    • All Services are payable CASH ONLY
    • NO NFA items can be transferred here at this time. All NFA items must be transferred to an FFL that is NFA eligible.
    • Transfer service is for serial numbered items ONLY. If ANYTHING not included in the original firearm is added (example: AMMO, Extra magazines, etc.) should ship direct to your home.
    • Make sure your ID has your CURRENT and CORRECT address and information on it. "I changed it with the MVD" does not work. Your PHYSICAL ID must be correct! State driver's license, State ID, Military ID (with permanent duty orders) are the accepted ID types.
    • Your seller is to ship ONLY to the physical address on our FFL - 3565 E. Golf Links Road, Tucson AZ 85713
    • If your seller does not ship to the correct address your transfer fee will be $50!
    • TRANSFERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 days or a $20 per week storage fee will be charged starting on the 11th day. This fee will only be waived if arrangements are made with us in advance. We do make exceptions, just ask.
    • You must completely fill out the information fields found below.
    1) We will contact you when the transfer is ready for pickup. DO NOT DEPEND ON TRACKING PROVIDED BY THE SELLER! Even if the item has been delivered to our location, that does not mean it is ready to be picked up. After we have completed the receiving and paperwork on our end, we will call you for pickup. 2) As long as you fill out this form correctly, we have your contact information and WE WILL CONTACT YOU. Be sure to answer your phone or at least check your messages. If we are unable to reach you we will try via Email.
