At R.E.D. Training Solutions, we understand that schedules can change and unexpected circumstances can occur. To accommodate this, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for our training classes:
Cancellations
To cancel your scheduled training class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time by contacting us.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your class, please contact us at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on class availability.
Refunds
Full Refund: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class start time or for no-shows.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of serious personal emergencies. Documentation may be required.
